Great service and integrity. We purchased an entirely new EPDM roof about 9 years ago from Shadowfax Roofing. The roof came with a 10 year warranty on workmanship and lifetime on materials. About 5 years in I noticed something that needed repair, they came over and fixed it quickly without question. Just recently, a little over 9 years in, I noticed some dry rot around our chimney (notoriously difficult spots for leaking) and called them up. Ben came out (highly recommend Ben), spent 30 minutes inspecting the damage. concluded it was within the warranty. Five days later there were 3 guys repairing our roof. Awesome service! Wanted a small local company to do both re-roofing and solar installation (so they'd integrate & stand behind both). Went with Shadowfax because some friends had a good roofing experience with them. And Luke had the best follow-up of the eight different estimators I had out (and seemed very honest & straightforward). They did a great job (with solid follow-through) on all the many interconnected steps (removing & replacing old roof & gutters, installing solar panels & electrical components, getting city permits & PG&E approval, etc...).
